      SA really cares about its employees and their work/life balance. From leadership, HR, and to all levels of management they are there to really make sure you feel appreciated and supported in doing your job.

      Pros

      Great Benefits - company REALLY appreciates and values it's employees. Generous pay raises based on yearly reviews. Generous vacation days, sick leave. Generous 401K matching contributions.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Any issues are addressed immediately. So anything I might put here has already been improved or corrected.

      This is a mid-sized government contractor company that actually cares about it's employees. The leadership is very personable and approachable. Fellow employees are good at their jobs and friendly.
