We appreciate your feedback. SA strives to provide an environment where employees can demonstrate creativity and innovation within the constraints of standards and requirements set by our clients, contracts, and industries within which we operate. We apply best industry practices whether those are identified internally or externally and continually seek out and integrate feedback from employees. SA also works hard to ensure that an environment is one where employees can achieve their preferred work-life balance. While we cannot guarantee there will not be times that an employee may have to put in an increased level of effort when approaching a milestone or critical event, we can guarantee that this is not the norm and should not happen frequently. We will continue to listen to our employees to improve the way we do business to meet the needs and expectations of those employees and our clients.
