      Pros

      Listens when employees have ideas and has actually changed the process they used internally based on my inputs. Colleagues are wonderful and supportive. Work is engaging and dynamic.

      Employee Focused Company

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that has cared as much for its employees as SA. They ask for feedback regarding benefits and make changes accordingly. During the pandemic, they have provided monthly gifts to employees and each year around the holidays host a generous party. Aside from these perks, I honestly feel like the company invests in good employees and work to keep people happy.

      Cons

      The only downside I can see is that most of their jobs are in the DC area and not further out from the city.

      Pros

      SA places a lot of emphasis on the employee and their well being. The HR and IT departments are extremely helpful and the senior leadership are competent and caring.

      Cons

      Wish they had more jobs outside of the Arlington area!
