Pros
The individuals in management are very nice, and do what they can to help when issues arise.
Cons
*No Mileage Pay *No Raises or Bonuses *No Health Benefits Only get paid a flat rate of $8.50 unless you're doing a fill-in. They pay every two weeks, but you don't get paid for the two weeks that was just worked. They pretty much pay four weeks behind.
