It’s a process and journey so if you are patient with yourself but also strive for numbers and feedback, you’ll be satisfied with the results. Good performers tend to stick around. If you don’t perform well, you wont but perhaps sales and this industry isn’t for you and that’s ok.

Challenging industry without a doubt which is mentioned up front. The lack of success can be tough to process but if you’re open to feedback and adjustments, that helps change your path.
