The principles by which a company conducts their business is what separates pros from wanna-bes in the sales world, and that's even more true specifically in recruiting. SEP does it the RIGHT way. They aren't here to waste your time or take advantage of it, and they definitely aren't wasting their time. Guess what that means, you won't ever consider regretting working with us.

It's hard to become successful the right way. That's about all.

Awesome team environment, I've learned so much in only my first few weeks! The leadership is incredible- amazing at what they do and always willing to help out a teammate. Everyone takes such pride in the company and what they do, and in only a short period of time its easy to realize why.

Cons

Level of success is up to you, the team sets you up for success but its up to you to bring the right attitude and work ethic each day.
