      Pros

      - Everyone in the company is so friendly, there are literally no exceptions - Upper management genuinely cares about your well being, every employee is treated like family - Hard work is appreciated and with that comes a lot of opportunities for growth within the company - Can go to anyone for help and advice, I've never felt uncomfortable voicing a concern about anything and feel very well supported!

      Cons

      It's a sales job and with that comes a lot of ups and downs number wise. If you get easily unmotivated or wanna quit when things get hard, this probably isn't the right industry for you

      Pros

      I had an amazing interview experience at SEP. Jacqueline and I hit it off right away and she helped me through every step of the process. Its not often that you are able to work in a office setting with a family culture full of energized people who all want to work as a team to succeed. I highly recommend working here is that's what you're looking for.

      No cons come to mind! Great location and hours.

      Pros

      The office environment is so extremely positive. Every person I have met at SEP has been so welcoming and willing to answer any questions I've had. It truly feels like we're all just one big family!

      Cons

      -This is a very fast paced work environment. -A very out going environment, which might not be preferable for some.
