Training Hands-on approach Mentorship The office is like a family. We laugh in the office, we laugh outside of the office, and we work well together. This is the first company that I've worked for where they truly invest in your growth and leverage your strengths. It's a super great opportunity to hit the ground running in staffing and learn from people that have been in the industry for years!

What I love about SEP is that everyone works as a Team, I get to be mentored by the Founding and Managing Partners of the company including VP's. It's not a sales-driven environment but rather a relationship-driven. Your contribution to any process is welcomed and appreciated. I got to learn how to be better and successful in my professional and personal life.

Cons

I don't think there is are any cons, leadership is always trying to make sure all my needs are being met and I am growing through constant training.
