      Pros

      Manager was cool for the most part

      Cons

      Low pay, shady company (renamed their company a few times within 20 years), working in office while this can be worked from home. Micromanaging manager is pretty rough. And just overall the business as a whole is shady, try to call people constantly annoying them to get an edge and see if you can help with there recruiting and using old out dated 1980s sales tactic to use in todays very virtual and quick world. It just doesn’t work, or it really was I just didn’t care. Cult vibes

      Pros

      Good place to start if you’re new to the industry or at all curious about a career change.

      Cons

      Long hours. They do not pay accordingly. The long hours, intense training, must get way too many deals before commission hits and managers/bosses basically wait for you to fail to get rid of you. Lot of turnover (they fire frequently)
