Pros

Growth opportunities based on performance, dedicated training and mentoring no matter what level of seniority, everyone roots for your success

Cons

Not about the company. Not everyone is well-suited for staffing/recruiting, you have to be dedicated to challenging yourself, work hard, and be willing to overcome sales obstacles

Pros

Positive and fun work environment. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. When you think about it, you see your coworkers more throughout the week than maybe your family/friends. So, having a lively yet professional work environment is very refreshing. Everyone works hard at their job and works hard at uplifting one another with encouragement through teamwork and drive.

Cons

Recruiting is a competitive industry. Being comfortable with cold-calling is one thing, but rejection is a whole other topic. Rejection is recruiting is common and it will happen. Fully understanding the business development process and core skills to make a placement is crucial.

Pros

Strong leadership team that does a great job at building an invaluable skill set in sales and recruiting. I took this job 2 days out of college off a referral from one of my best friends and I chose SEP over another opportunity that started with a higher base salary. The people are the #1 asset at SEP. They believe in what we do and care about your success. The support network I was given to learn and grow was astounding. My goals were always made clear and whatever I needed to do to progress/be successful within SEP was laid out in front of me. I grew into a leadership position, doubled my total compensation, and made a ton of friends. If you’re up for a challenge and you’d like to work with an intelligent, low ego, and down to earth group of people, then look no further than SEP!

Cons

Competitive industry. Hard work ethic and thick skin for failure is required. Cold outreach and business development are a key to success here.
