Positive and fun work environment. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. When you think about it, you see your coworkers more throughout the week than maybe your family/friends. So, having a lively yet professional work environment is very refreshing. Everyone works hard at their job and works hard at uplifting one another with encouragement through teamwork and drive.

I took this job 2 days out of college off a referral from one of my best friends and I chose SEP over another opportunity that started with a higher base salary. The people are the #1 asset at SEP.
