      Pros

      Management is very patient and are always willing to help. The training period is extensive and hands on, which helps you develop the skills you need to be successful. The Office is very close and frequently go out together to celebrate achievements.

      Cons

      It takes an individual that is committed and interested in doing sales. If you aren't interested in a sales role, and all of the challenges that come with that, it's probably not a good match.
