Pros
This company truly cares about every single one of their employees not just from a career development perspective, but from a well-being perspective as well. This especially became evident during the recent covid-19 pandemic. When companies were laying people off left and right, this company did everything they could to make sure their employees all stayed employed and there was not one layoff that happened despite the struggles the company faced when the pandemic first hit. The best thing is that they were extremely transparent about those efforts, so I never felt the insecurity others may have in other organizations about being unemployed and I am so fortunate and grateful for that. I have never felt undervalued nor unappreciated working here and I have nothing but good things to say about SEP!
