- No micromanaging and telling you how to run your day - Good location in NYC

Cons

- PTO accumulation isn't good - No commission until your 8th placement - Not a great culture in NYC - Poor training (videos and throw you into the fire)

Collaborative space where people are willing to teach you what works for them. Leaders tend to lead by example and make mistakes in front of you. It’s a process and journey so if you are patient with yourself but also strive for numbers and feedback, you’ll be satisfied with the results. Good performers tend to stick around. If you don’t perform well, you wont but perhaps sales and this industry isn’t for you and that’s ok.

Cons

Challenging industry without a doubt which is mentioned up front. The lack of success can be tough to process but if you’re open to feedback and adjustments, that helps change your path.
