Pros

Good place to start if you’re new to the industry or at all curious about a career change.

Cons

Long hours. They do not pay accordingly. The long hours, intense training, must get way too many deals before commission hits and managers/bosses basically wait for you to fail to get rid of you. Lot of turnover (they fire frequently)

Cons

shady tactics for recruitment- telling prospects that there are jobs lined up for them (there are none) to mine more information and leads. Work/life balance is non existent as you dedicate your life in and out of the office to work
