      Pros

      They really take into account any/all feedback from employees Stable schedule You really get to know everyone in the whole company, all the way up to the VPs and Partners. Everyone is always available to give advice/support. Training is amazing and always ongoing

      Pros

      What I love about SEP is that everyone works as a Team, I get to be mentored by the Founding and Managing Partners of the company including VP's. It's not a sales-driven environment but rather a relationship-driven. Your contribution to any process is welcomed and appreciated. I got to learn how to be better and successful in my professional and personal life.

      Cons

      I don't think there is are any cons, leadership is always trying to make sure all my needs are being met and I am growing through constant training.

      - fast paced (some may enjoy, others may not), - not a lot of time to do personal errands after work hours because of business hours of operation
