Pros
Their no.1 pro was every ones safety! The manager was up to par on his communication skills and could adapt to each and every employee!! It was also easy to earn a raise if you were a hard worker.
Cons
I did not see any down sides for working for the company. I loved it and would still be employed by Strategic Materials if I hadn't been in work release and had to come home.
