      Shift supervisor I thought

      Pros

      The schedule was great. 2-2-3. 2 on 2 off every other weekend Friday thru Sunday. 12 hour shifts. State of the art machines. Once you learn how to run them they produce top notch product.

      Cons

      Was promoted to shift supervisor yet 7 months later checks did not reflect wage increase. Bottom line. Make sure you have promotion in writing. Zero integrity. Very unfair practices. Management is very deceptive and misleading. Too bad. Lots of potential with employment, unfortunately they do not reward loyalty.

      Pros

      This place is a meritocracy, I've worked with the company under a year and have already been promoted with a raise twice. Those negative reviews on here are hilarious because judging by their grammar, they clearly have very little to bring to the bargaining table. Maybe try doing more than just pushing a broom when the boss is looking.

      Cons

      The plants process single stream recycling so they are very dusty and oftentimes stink. The dust isn't hazardous but it is quite a nuisance.

      Very low stress, laid back environment.

      Cons

      Benefits are very minimal. Bonuses and raises are extremely low.
