      Pros

      The company listens to all of the employees. They do things because it's the right thing and not because someone is watching and telling them what is right. Strong job security and they pay for performance. They have positions available at locations both nationwide and overseas, so there is an opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      You have to be committed to both the clients and the work, and be invested in accomplishing the end goal. The work standards are high, but that is why we still have jobs too.
