I value how our leaders present a laid-back character that makes someone in their role approachable. In my previous role at a previous employer, I’ve witnessed the intimidation for those in a higher leadership role. I am proud to be led forward by a person who is not only industry-renowned but is also an amazing leader. Your words of encouragement are what drives the employees to do great work. It is a privilege to work under this leadership and everyone at SSG.

Cons

As the company is still very much in their growing phase, leadership is exploring roles and responsibilities that are potentially not assigned to anyone or perhaps to the appropriate role. As the company evolves, I can foresee new opportunities to look forward to as they begin to sort out the needs of the company and our clients.
