Work/life balance is what we all dream of In depth training to be able to understand the project to become a subject matter expert Amazing people to work with from every aspect; management, leadership, direct team, HR, etc. Fair pay/benefits Opportunity for growth

Cons

Insurance premiums are a little high, but I'm aware that as the company grows, they are actively reviewing ways to reduce cost for employees.

Immediate opportunity for impact. Respectful colleagues and responsive management. Work from home in a different state! Competitive pay and 401K match. Not corporate in structure.

Cons

Having volunteer time off and maybe a flex or floating holiday for differences in religouse beliefs would be nice. Not many other cons if you are flexible and can operate while simultaneously creating additional processes and standards.
