      Pros

      Good Work Culture and a place to learn and evolve and allows remote work and there is no time in and Time out as long as work is done

      Cons

      Need to improve the process with regards to project management. I understand that the company is growing and there are commitments and deadlines but we should also allow sometime ourselves as a team and implement a process and follow . should improve ourselves with the documentation
