      * The owner of STRSI believes in his people. * Several executive leaders lead through example and make themselves available. * If you have an idea, you can always find someone to share it with and if you have the drive, you can always find a group to make it happen. * Good pay and benefits are on point.

      Cons

      Lots of new things all at once. If you are waiting to be told what to do, this environment is not for you.
