      Not a good company to work for, if you are a contractor and they win a bid then hope its only for one year.

      Cons

      Company is solely for its bottom line and does not care for its employees. I guess they forgot who makes them the money. Company has repeatedly got rid of benefits such as bereavement and increased the employee contributions for benefits. Also every few months they send out an email and tells the employees that they under paid for benefits so in the next pay check they will be taking out $400 or more.

      Left alone to make it happen, no micromanagement here.

      Cons

      They pretend to care when the reality is their only concern is $$$ and not the employees. Run away from this corrupt company, it’s shocking the US government allows them to operate.

      When I was hired, I was given no training whatsoever. Then we went through a slow period and there were no projects to work on. Then the supervisor started giving me unclear assignments with ambiguous directions; whenever I asked for clarification he would just yell "it's easy it's easy." Then a performance evaluation was conducted in my absence and I was terminated, with no severance pay, no two weeks notice, and right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when it's even more difficult to find a new job.
