- Make written contingent employment offers but at the last minute, offer much lower salary. - Management culture is sneaky, not honest or trustworthy.

Company is solely for its bottom line and does not care for its employees. I guess they forgot who makes them the money. Company has repeatedly got rid of benefits such as bereavement and increased the employee contributions for benefits. Also every few months they send out an email and tells the employees that they under paid for benefits so in the next pay check they will be taking out $400 or more.
