      Familial environment, lots of autonomy, respect for your position, opportunity to take on huge challenges and get experience

      Cons

      Long hours expected, some stagnation in leadership, efficiency is not valued, no HR department

      Extensive public contact. Great work environment and co-workers. Beautiful art and architecture .

      Cons

      Position does not pay a living wage. Hours are approx. 4-5 hours nightly. Busy from mid-September to mid-May. Basically closed for the summer.
