      Boring Job with Lackluster Training

      Pros

      mostly friendly coworkers gives holidays generous benefits yearly raises though they are well below industry standards Louis (CEO) is great, just needs to make better decisions on the senior management

      Cons

      below average salary will offer below average salary and expect you do the work of 3 positions subpar training - will expect you to know their entire very niche industry with little to no training management has cliques that talk about your performance behind your back

      Amazing company with experts in every department. The company has grown fast and there are growing pains but they are proactive about it rather than reactive.
