All the leadership, sales, marketing, and services are based in the Norcross location. Very easy to show clients the benefit of services.

Cons

New sales development. All clients must be found, nurtured, and developed. Not really a 'con' but required work.

pay is very low, they need to pay their techs a lot more. if not, people will continue to quit.
