Pros

Lots of work and lots of teammates to help you when you need it. Stratix has a lot of Fortune 500 customers in almost every vertical. Quarterly recognition meetings. Managers and VPs are great at giving praise and not taking all the credit for their worker’s work. Plenty of opportunities in the company to move up to different positions.

Cons

No Major Cons. Just pay could be a little better.

Pros

Somewhat reasonable people, fairly clear broad goals.

Cons

When it's a problem, it's a problem right now. And when that's fixed and you need help... you can't get any. Also, raises are frozen at a small percentage and there's no bonus / profit sharing at all.
