      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Stratix is a great place to work for those seeking to be part of a growing company with excellent culture and upward mobility. Very strong emphasis on customer service for both internal and external customers. Upper Management is super great who go above and beyond to know you individually. Big emphasis on teamwork and rolling up your sleeves to better serve the customer.

      Cons

      Smaller company that not too many people know about. Since it is a fast growing company, you can expect a lot of changes which not a bad thing depending on how well you adapt to change.

      Pros

      Great salary...with benefits. Flexibility allows me to work from home or the office. Amazing leadership! I am grateful for the positive outlook and atmosphere at Stratix!

      Easy work, workplace safety

      Pros

      The role as an Order Picker is not difficult at all. You scan barcodes on laptops and print out info for shipping. It's a very laid back and stress free job. You can listen to music while you work, and you are pretty much left alone if you work the overnight hours as an order picker. There are no supervisors in this department overnight, which has pros and cons. The night shift hours are 5:00pm-1:30am. There is free coffee and tea, and also all of the snacks in the vending machine is $0.50. There are lockers to store your bags. (You cannot bring bags in because of the theft issue there) and there are two fridges in the breakroom to put your lunch in. They are pretty flexible when it comes to your shift, if you clock in late, you can remain later or take a shorter break to not lose time. You cannot work overtime though.

      Cons

      There is only one supervisor at night in another dept. and there is very limited staff. There are numerous security cameras, which was an excellent idea, but I never quite felt safe in the environment.

      We take our teammates' safety very seriously. We have a well established Safety committee made up of various employees and led by our Facility Manager to make sure we stay compliant.
