CEO is great and is definitely trying to turn this company into a better direction. i feel sorry for him though because working with Stratix is like pulling teeth

Cons

any reviews you see from 2021 were forced to be given. it was stressed at the company employees give good reviews so more people would be interested in the company. this company has a high turn over rate! i would run from this place… there are way better opportunities.

Pros

Steady opportunity. Employees that are there to work do. It's an established company with plenty of growth opportunity with proper leadership.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership, favoritism and lack of accountability. No break area and during Covid that's certainly a concern. The break room is the size of a closet.
