Thru their charitable events, you're also part of their reputable sense of giving back which demonstrates the care Stratix shows for its community and beyond.

Cons

Stratix is a challenging work place with great learning opportunities and self-growth as long as you bring eager sense of learning and looking towards the future.

This is the kind of place you enjoy coming every day. The company is growing fast and with that comes a lot of opportunities. The people are great! They are very fair with work/ life balance and offer some of the best benefits I've seen.

Cons

The company is growing so rapidly it's hard for them to keep up with the staffing demands. Employees have to be flexible as the volume of work is consistently increasing.
