There was great team work within your team and most of the other teams.

Cons

Stratix was sold to the current PE form a few years back and things were slowly started to deteriorate. The culture used to be great and management (including C-Level) cared about the employees, but all of that has changed late last year. The management has changed their tune and appears to micromanage adult professionals. Thus, has driven many employees to leave.

Pros

It is a very flat organization, with good lines of communication up and down the chain. Positive attitudes about getting things accomplished and team spirit. Great execution and customer focus.

Cons

Attention to detail almost to a fault. Can get wrapped around the axle sometimes in the pursuit of perfection.
