      The good, the bad, and the ugly

      Pros

      (Some) of the people. The customers. The CEM's, SSA's, and many of the MOC as well as warehouse/staging people. My direct managers and the former CEO Gina Gallo.

      Cons

      The toxic environment and culture. The less that adequate yearly raises. The lack of support, management not removing bad employees, broken processes, some employees abusing a PTO system that isn't accountable putting undue burden on other department members. Favoritism of departments who "make the money". The money over integrity mindset. Poor executive management as a result of being owned by a PE firm.

      Pros

      A company with Potential. There's some good talent within the company (Not Leadership).

      Cons

      Leadership is the primary issue - NEGATIVELY. The company lacks transparency. Often hide issues from clients. Leadership blames failures on resources instead of processes. The company isn't aware of the talent it possesses within. I'm concerned for my friends I left behind.

      Good temp job TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

      Pros

      You get to sit down while you work. Overtime.

      Cons

      Production Management is VERY unprofessional and counterproductive. VERY Inadequate training. The training is terrible and if you ask any questions they call you a "daycare student" and say you don't know how to read. If you stop asking questions and mess up, you will be heavily criticized and provoked. You have to figure it out yourself for the most part. They don't even understand the thing they are training you about. You will have to worry about trivial drama from management. Also, you can expect to be fired at any time for a reason outside of your performance. NOTE I was on time every day and I made the highest numbers in my department with no errors and I was fired. Still trying to find out the legitimate reason why I was fired.
