If you're looking for a fair chance to succeed at a company, it isn't this one.
Pros
When they make a hiring decision, they make it quickly.
Cons
There are too many things going wrong at this company and none of them are at the Tier 1 Agent level. All of the problems are management related- Too many middle management positions. A lack of communication between and within groups. Supervisor's who lack leadership ability and organizational skills. Team Leads who push part of their job onto Tier 1 Agents. (Issue escalations and call backs). Weak training. No work life balance. No opportunity for advancement. Contractors are either rolled over after the 6 month contract to hire period, or fired, depending on if sales is bringing in any new accounts. It's all smoke and mirrors at this company and apparently, sales isn't bringing in new accounts, resulting in staff culling until call volume goes above what the hand full of Agents who are left can handle, then they start hiring again.
