The people here are so great and genuine! Everyone is always willing to help and I felt so welcomed coming in as an intern! The internship program has the interns to speak to a member of the executive team each week which was very rewarding and something you don't get everywhere. I learned so much from my time here and would definitely recommend the program.

I have been at Stratos for almost two years. During my time here I have found the work to be challenging (in a positive way) and rewarding. The company is large enough to have access to many resources, but still operates with a start up mentality which means that I have found myself working with a diverse group of people in a variety of different functions to take on a diverse set of projects. While I do have a specific job function and expected goals, I also have a fair amount of autonomy to apply what I know to work on projects of my own creation. Ultimately, this is one of the most rewarding roles I have undertaken in my two decades of professional experience.
