      Pros

      Stratos has wonderful employees and everyone wants each other to succeed and reach their goals. The hybrid work schedule is one of the best perks along with many others that comes with working at Stratos!

      Cons

      There aren't any downsides that come to mind.

      1. I can't say enough about Stratos. I've been here 7 years and it's been the best place I have ever been employed. 2. Great people, from every level of the company. 3. Great work-life balance 4. Great pay 5. Great bonuses and extras 6. Fun employee outings 7. Great core values
