Pros
Amazing people to work with, you can usually get help if you need it, accomodating schedules and pay.
Cons
Terrible management disconnect and lack of respect from management, also are quick to hire from outside for a promotion instead of looking internally. Also, you are expected to be putting in 110% effort all the time, do not ever expect a lull in work, everyone is always drowning in work but extreme reluctancy to hire new workers just makes everything worse as product lines expand constantly.
