Great products overshadowed by poor internal processes

Incredible products and equipment and brand reputation.

Cons

Truly horrible internal processes and CRM Horrible communication from product managers and backorder team No accountability for ANYONE except field reps. Internal teams fail or miss deadlines, and the reps are hung out to dry for it

Cons

upper management makes decisions without talking to the people actually doing the job. Significant staff issues, even existing roles just vacated have to be approved by HQ to refill
