Pros

If you are willing to relocate and do not mind a "sales" position then this is a great place for you to work.

Cons

Strayer does not allow a lot of opportunity for growth and promotion unles you are willing to relocate, there is not much of a work/life balance due to long work hours and working weekends, and the "selling" of education is also a concern of mine.

Pros

Great students and employees good hours can be a good school for some students lots of online classes you can stand out from the crowd by doing more you also get to go to school for very cheap good benifits

Cons

can be stressful long hours at times numbers numbers lots of outbound calls appointments how many students do you have everyone can be stress out at times sales job
