Flexible schedule, you can be as busy as you want to be and take off when you need to. Relaxed environment, minimal stress and expectations. Great management, very trusting and reliable. You have the freedom to make this job exactly what you need and want it to be and the ability to make the most out of it, but that’s up to you.
