Amazing stretch practioners and clientele

Cons

Inexperienced franchisee, the owner does not care about the well-being of employees. No benefits which is challenging due to the immense physical demand. The owner of this franchise makes promises in the offer letters and does not adhere to the agreement. Many employees have left the company due to not receiving money that they were owed. You are at risk of not receiving your final paycheck if you leave the company before 6 months without notice. The owner will stonewall you if you attempt to discuss something that she doesn’t want to talk about. Extreme lack of presence from the owner and limited operations training. Franchisee is not trained on stretch techniques and protocols & has no background in the field. Lack of accountability and staff are underpaid.

The clients Stretches Practitioners Great environment at times

Cons

Lack of communication, transparency, business sense from corporate all the way down. Management hired based on schedule available. All locations are different but no commission even when you make them a lot of money. Owners told employees they weren't selling the studios at team meeting in August. Sold to new owners in September. Micro-managing
