the customers are great and the tips can be helpful

Cons

not great owner and the work is physically exhausting if you want a decent pay. I also could not move up in the company because the owner didn't like me for some reason, I've never experienced an owner not liking me and gossiping to my manager about me before.

The company is great for folks just fresh out of school or going through a Graduate Program. The hours are flexible, and the pay is decent if you don't have any other specialties.

Cons

They cut your pay in half if you are taking a break. Its very physical work so you need to be in good shape.

Cons

Franchise owner is unreasonable, and would monitor employees over video and audio tech. He would also erase hours worked off the schedule and constantly micro managed
