Pros

Best bosses I've ever had; the owner is really nice and the GM is a literal angel. Every time I've gotten feedback from them its been incredibly constructive and honest, never demoralizing. They really care about their employees and clients. I'd say the most interesting part of the job is selling memberships/packs. It was a learning curve at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was fun. Plus its nice because management doesn't encourage you to be a pushy salesperson, which I would've hated.

Cons

The actual work itself (lead calling, scheduling appointments, etc.) can get a bit monotonous, but the flexologists and clients keep things lively

Pros

Appropriate pay, chill environment and staff, nice benefit of getting your own stretch session once every few months, fun client / customer base

Cons

Busy foot traffic and a lot of tasks-not a ton of down time, not sure how easy it is to move up, iffy service offered with the potential for injuries but this applies to the customers and the “flexologists”

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Overbearing, needy, and invasive owner Basically forced to lie to the customers about a “3 month contract” which in reality is really a four month contract that starts after your first month. This caused so much issues with customers as they were being billed an additional month Owner put a ring camera on the wall so that he could watch the live stream of everything going on in the location and literally watched all day and would call you if you said the wrong thing or didn’t charge a customer after a stretch.
