Good Business Structure - for the most part

Pros

I learned a lot from this role and there was extensive training on sales and the practice itself, which was great!

Cons

With the franchise structure, the owners have a large say in the overall operations of the business. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but if you have an owner who has a poor moral compass and makes a hostile work environment because of their values and priorities, it can have a negative affect on the company as a whole.

None, only pro is I don't work for them

Cons

Everything from shady , no morals, treat employees disposable at the drop of a feather and will even try to take it pay and pretend like they don't owe u not until u take legal action they switch up and act like they never denied it pay. Run don't walk away

I get to build the team and culture. My staff and I all want to be at work.

Cons

Long hours, but worth it. The corporate training isn’t the most helpful, but being creative is key!
