-Welcoming environment - Large company community -Thorough training -Consistent shift -Monthly check-ins -Provides a worthwhile service -Diverse clientele -Occasional bonuses - The owners are cool

Cons

-Was not often allowed to have a break in my shift. -They have no back-up plan if you call in sick. - Being a "flexologist" is made up. We are informed that we aren't allowed to claim we are a "certified flexologist" regardless of the training we do, so we sound a bit phony.
