$15/hr, but you make more on top of hour many clients you stretch per day. The business can be lucrative if you know how to utilize it. Owners are super nice and they found the best GM to build the franchise with. I do not think their are better paying fitness/wellness jobs out there. Work schedule is also very flexible.
