Pros
Great job for kinesiology students/ graduates who need some experience prior to entering their field of choice. The training prior to was extensive but great! I learned a ton and feel confident as a flexologist. This is not a desk job, physical labor required but I am out of shape and overweight and I do just fine part-time. Leadership is great, great people, and everything is very organized. They expect you to show up and they expect you to do your best!
Cons
Labor intensive, no benefits for flexologists, don't get paid for full wages if you weren't booked for the hour, high peer turnover
