Pros

There is some flexibility with your schedule

Cons

Business did not follow corporate guidelines. It was horribly organized. More employees were trying to promote their massage business then to be an employee of the company.

Pros

The team here is really great, I like most of my clients a lot, and it’s relatively chill.

Cons

The pay sounds great per hour until you get paid minimum wage when you don’t have a client booked for that time slot, if your studio manager even allows you to stay clocked in. Sales are in charge of booking prospects but we don’t have a lot of people in our studio for some reason so there’s lots of unpaid hours or half paid hours. No benefits, minimal sick pto, and lots of cutting corners. It’s a franchise there’s that.
