      Got to see a wide variety of costly mistakes made by owners (learning experience)

      Cons

      Didn't receive training until I had been on the job, working with clients, for several months Was harassed and disrespected by clients No support from management Built business from client referrals, management was lax with marketing Had to take on additional unpaid responsibilities just to get by, because if the studio suffered so did our paychecks Zero follow through from management in general

      -experience in body work -great coworkers who want to grow with you -getting to help people

      Cons

      -insufficient pay (+$10 for 50 min stretch, +$5 for 25) -VERY hard on your body both mentally and physically -hours are tiring and you will need 2 jobs to make ends meet
