Pros

Learning new skills, meeting interesting clients, feeling like you’re helping others.

Cons

Toxic and unchecked management, emphasis on sales regardless of clients’ best interests, extremely low pay and the AUDACITY to demand flexologists pay for a portion of their training while demanding they already have relevant qualifications for hiring. Exploitative pay levels, cult-like training structure, acceptance of sexual harassment in workplace, especially from clients.

Pros

Great co-workers at the location as worked, positive environment

Cons

Low pay, not that much opportunity to generate commission in membership sales, cold calling the leads we were provided was a joke - the leads were poor and we were expected to call 50+ people a day while managing all other aspects of the studio - membership sales, inbound calls, general studio management. Our studio actually closed unexpectedly due to complete lack of involvement from ownership. Great concept and attempt at a brand - poor execution by this franchisee.
